« on: June 20, 2020, 03:54:46 PM »
Hi there,
We just released a couple minutes ago. It's not 100% done, so some sections are disabled until we can get to them. You can read about it here:

replying again because a user had a similar problem, and just posted on the forums:

So try removing the "mods" and "res_mods" folders (if they exist) in the win32 and win64 folders, that should do it!

Since this is an xvm issue, please try the following steps from this post:

Could you also include your log files from your latest V2 install? It definitely looks like a problem with XVM.

EDIT: found them

General Modpack Stuff / Retirement of old Relhax V1 (0.28.x) application
« on: December 28, 2019, 06:04:02 PM »

On January 10th, 2020, the old legacy version of Relhax (0.28.x, 'Relhax V1') will be retired.
The next update to Relhax V1 will be an upgrade to the new version of the application, "Relhax V2".
If you would like to upgrade now, you can download the application at this link:
in advanced settings, select 'beta application', reboot the application, and un-select it after the upgrade is complete.

Thank you for continuing to use Relhax!

We took a look at your logs, and between the 3 of us we could not replicate the issue. However, we do have a couple reccomendations to potentially solve the issue (or at the least rule out a couple possibilities).

- I noticed you're using Relhax V1 (version 0.28.x). I highly recommend that you try out Relhax V2 (version 0.29.x) because V1 will be retired mid January. You can either get it here: or you can set to use the beta application, and restart the application. (You may want to set it back to stable application channel after it's done updating)

- Second, because none of us could replicate it, it usually indicates that something is different about your complete WoT environment. I would recommend you re-install using the "clear cache" option. If that doesn't work, try to manually delete the xvm cache in C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\\WorldOfTanks\xvm

After you do that, please let us know if it solved your problem :)

Hi roadrunner142!

Thanks for using Relhax!

I've created a thread for your issue on our issue tracking system. You can view the progress here:

When the issue is addressed/solved, we'll report back here.

can you describe what you were doing to cause this issue? I need more information then just a stack trace.

Bugs / Re: Interface Scaling greyed out
« on: July 04, 2019, 12:57:18 PM »
The selection window on the databank is now the usual file selection window, so no issues there anymore, thank you very much!

You're welcome!

the font scaling on the modpacks front page is still greyed out and it still won't let me use the beta of the modpack, only for the databank ...

If you saw the fix that you mentioned above, then you are in fact using the beta application.
The font scaling is for the application only, and has no affect in WoT itself. The reason why the options are greyed out is because:
-The modpack gets the size of your display (specifically, the height)
-Checks if the application height * scale multiplier > display height
-If true, the option (and all larger scales) are greyed out.
So, this is a feature by design. If you were trying to use the scaling to change WoT, then this should answer your question. If there's some other issue with the scaling, relating to the application size on your display, then let me know.

EDIT: in updating the version info on the server for the main channel, i see why you were having issues getting to the beta. The beta was not updated properly. That has been fixed.

Hi Necate,

While I don't have a high DPI monitor, I was able to replicate the issue by setting the scaling on my laptop. I think I have fixed the issue, and updated the application on the Beta channel. It is now Please verify this works for you, and if so, I can also update the stable channel.

Hi The_Balle,

(Sorry, i don't speak German)

I installed your configuration and did not have any connection problems (however, I am on the NA server). I see that you are using the xqmp features of XVM, and I can confirm that XVM was having some connection issues from their site over the last few days. It seems that it has cleared up. When installing your configuration, I did not have any login issues.

On a seperate note, I noticed that you have the same camera zoom settings between the "XVM Config Builder" and "Ingame Aim" tabs. For future note, you only need to select one or the other, no need to select both  :)
