Thanks! I visited RTAN's website for this mod and I think he already updated it for 1.0.2.4 but it's all in Russian so I'm not sure.

I discovered the mod that breaks the in-battle chat! It is:
RTAN - Real Time Achievements Notifications\RTAN by protanki\RTAN by protanki english
located in the In-Game Info panel.
I figured it out by installing and uninstalling each of my mods one-by-one until I found the culprit. I sure hope they can get the conflicts resolved - it's one of my favorite mods.

Ok, I did all you suggested - Spot Messenger not enabled at all. Chat in game still broken. Log file MUCH smaller now, only 15 KB! Only the RelHaxLog.txt is bigger (1.4 MB) - I put in pastebin for you. The other three files are attached here. If I uninstall RelHax entirely then chat works again. Thanks for all your help!

Yes, I had set the files to 'unlisted'. I thought you could access them with the specific link I provided above. Anyway, I now set them as 'public'. Here is the link to the folder again:

Thanks! I think I mastered this finally. I extracted all zipped files and created a folder called RelHax Log Files. Here is the link:

Note that one of the files in this folder (the python log) is so large (95 MB) that it exceeds the Pastebin upload file size limit even for Pro users. So I uploaded the file to Hightail.com and included the download link in the folder for you. Hope this works!!

Latest RelHax install for 1.0.2.4_2018-08-11_1 breaks in-battle chat. Don't know which mod in particular. Don't know how to attach logfile zip of my config since it's 7210 KB and your max upload is 128 KB??
I removed all mods one-by-one and chat still broken. The problem is in the RelHax modpack itself. If I uninstall the modpack then chat works again.

'Disable the effect of tree movement' in the WoT Tweaker under Ingame Misc tab doesn't work. Used to work great before 1.0.

Maybe I'm dumb but I cannot figure out how to do it. The link https://pastebin.com you provided opens the pastebin main website but does not let me paste anything. If I hit copy/paste or drag my zip log file nothing happens. If I hit 'New Paste' it says I cannot create an empty paste. Very frustrating.

The Pastebin link you gave me is generic and requires me to create an account and log in. I don't see how this will get my file to you. Do you have a direct link to your dropbox on Pastebin, or a Hightail.com dropbox?

Bugs / [ENG] Result Screen headers and Experience text bug (resolved, closed)

Result Screen headers have extra unwanted text and in the Details Results window the Experience section has text bugs. I do not know which mod triggers this. I do not have too many mods activated. Unfortunately, I cannot attach log Relhax logfiles or pictures because doing this returns an error message that the attachments are too large. :-(
